Warranty, Return & Refund Policy
Return is only allowed for items damaged during delivery or item does not match the description that was advertised in our website. We protect our customers from negligence from the logistic company and misleading information that lead them to their purchase. If you encounter any of those issue, contact us to arrange for a replacement or return with refund.
Return of the product is only valid within 7 days upon delivery, proof of delivery needs to be provided as proof of return within the allowable period. The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition including undamaged packaging. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received.
If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. Gamers.my will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their refund within 3 days after the confirmation.

Gamers.my will arrange with product principal for repairs, and upon completion the item can arranged to be picked up at the same location. Should courier and shipping be required, there will be shipping charges incurred for logistic.
All warranties are subject to product principal and brand owner terms and condition. Wear and tear will not be accepted for claims, and is chargeable for repairs.
